    Wunderbare Lage in halber Höhe in einer ruhigen Bucht. Historisches Zentrum mit einem Spaziergang von gut 15 Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestellen für Bus nach La Spezia keine 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit grosszügigen Räumen und zwei ebenso grosszügigen Badezimmern. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist ein gutes Fitnessprogramm mit knapp 80 Stufen von Meeresniveau und noch mehr Stufen von der oberen Strasse.

    Die Bezeichnung "Luxury" ist hinsichtlich des Zustands der Wohnung ein wenig übertrieben: die Dichtung bei den Duschen ist nicht mehr im besten Zustand, so dass das Wasser unten rausläuft, der Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse war komplett zerstört und auch die Fensterschiebetüren haben ihre besten Zeiten lange hinter sich.

    Schöner Aufenthalt aber mit viel Luft nach oben im Appartment

    Schöne Lage und super Aussicht

    Es war einiges kaputt wie der Kasten, etc., Küche, der Außenbereich und das Bad war nicht sauber umd in der Dusche Schimmel Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht

    Views were amazing. Air-conditioning was great and definitely essential.

    There are exactly 79 stairs to the property from the street. You aren't gaurenteed parking close to the property, so my elderly mother had a really hard time accessing the property (this was disclosed beforehand, so expected). In the heat of Italian summer this does challenging. For the price, the property was not well equipped. There are two kettles, both weren't working. There was NO ICE in any store in Porto Venere, and no ice trays in the house. Small details that would make the stay more comfortable. One more thing - considering trimming the plants in front of the veranda - they are starting to block the view.
