Poor
Like - House layout , Room size
1. Cockroach roaming around. 2. Presence of Mosquitoes .. no repellant in the house 3. Crockeries - Lack of clean and proper crockeries - Could not find hot water kettle 4. Toilets - Cleanliness of the bathrooms was an issue. 5. Soiled bed cover 5. Location which resulted in transportation problem . I think, apart from the building, everything needs a work over including maintenance and house keeping. Availability of transport will remain a problem which will lower the rating for this property.
