Comfortable and family friendly!
Location was near everything but also tucked away. Construction was happening in the background, but this is to be expected in Surfers.
There were some things that weren’t clean, like parts of the bathroom but overall it was a great property!

Clean, spacious, tvs in every room, blinds on windows.
Shower taps vibrate loudly at the start of the shower but then quieter down.

This property catered to our families' needs exceptionally. I was very happy with the layout of this unit, the main bedroom, having an ensuite including a walk-in robe. A separate toilet shower and bath. I was impressed with the washing machine and the dryer, which catered to our family requirements. We travelled with 2 disabled persons and our family dog. I found the management and staff to be very helpful, approachable, and courteous.The kitchen had all utensils, dish washer and a large fridge, which is required for a family, especially when I was catering to christmas dinner with guests 😀

Spacious space in quiet area but still close to everything
Great location in quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Very spacious.
Walls very thin, and unfortunately the people staying upstairs were very loud at nighttime, so woke us up several times.
