    Soweit alles ok. Personal könnte teilweise besser ausgebildet werden

    Eine junge Servicekraft im Restaurant beim Abendessen zeigte ein sehr unhöfliches Verhalten. Wir wurden nicht nur nicht bedient, sondern komplett ignoriert, auch nachdem wir mehrmals versucht haben, mitbdem Kellner in Kontakt zu treten. Schließlich mussten wir den Tisch und den Bereich wechseln, für den eine andere Servicekraft zuständig war. Diese junge Kellnerin war dann allerdings sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

    Ávila, mitten drin statt nur dabei.

    Lage, Lage, Lage. Und natürlich das Gefühl mitten in Geschichte zu wohnen.

    Zu wenige Gratisparkplätze. Das Frühstücksangebot und das Handling beim Frühstück ist nicht up to date. Ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen umschreibt es wohl am besten.

    As comfortable as ever. Despite lack of kettle would stay again

    Location, excellent staff, ambience. Consistent with other paradores we have stayed at

    Really important to us is being able to make a hot drink in the room. Not even a kettle let alone tea or coffee. This is out of step with almost every other hotel we have stayed at on our holiday in Spain. It’s time the Paradores woke up and joined the 21 century.
