    Living on its reputation but needs to do more to retain 4 star level.

    Beautiful views

    Room very basic. No coffee facilities, no complimentary bottled water. For the price it was disappointing.

    Schönes Hotel für einen Trip im Nationalpark und für Stadtbesichtigungen

    Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon, herrlichem Blick über den Fluss, einen riesigen Platz und ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig. Das Schwimmbad ist für Schwimmer ein Traum mit 25-Meter-Bahnen, so dass man nach dem Tag immer sehr schön schwimmen gehen kann. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt frischen Orangensaft und man kann sich einen Espresso ziehen, wenn man keinen Filterkaffee haben möchte. Die Produkte sind regional. Das Personal durchweg nett und freundlich. Das Bad war sehr groß und geräumig.

    Leider musste man sich Eierspeisen beim Service bestellen. Da dieser stark eingebunden war, war das Timing etwas problematisch, bis man es dann bekommen hat. Für Teetrinker gab es nur eine einzige Thermoskanne. Diese war häufiger leer oder nicht mehr heiß. Leider gab es nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Eine reine Dusche wäre uns lieber gewesen, aber das ist Geschmackssache.
