    Disliked · The hotel is well located, but the owners are extremely stingy, petty, and unpleasant. They watch your every move, looking for any excuse to charge you extra money, such as €20 for a lost room key card. There is no room service, and the toilet is not separated from the bedroom by a door that does not provide proper privacy. the restaurant is pretentious, serving ridiculously small portions. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially because of the owners’ attitude. To top it all off, they don’t even provide you with an invoice, which is highly unusual and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. This is completely unacceptable and leaves a lot to be desired.

    A luxury retreat in the beautiful Ostuni.

    A beautifully appointed hotel with eclectic decor close to the town square. The staff were friendly and always there to help, the pool and outside gardens are stunning providing multiple photo opportunities.

    Beautiful rooms, some misses on being a true 5 star

    Pool and location are great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Onsite parking super convenient

    They never wished us a happy honeymoon despite mentioning multiple times and the restaurant knowing as well. Didn’t have basics like a steamer or iron available. Also rooms were beautiful but not the most functional (no storage, no full lent to mirror)
