    Disappointing. A good stay let down by bad management. Avoid!

    Property was lovely. Good location.

    There was a stain on one of the sofas. We did not cause the stain. The host admitted that they did not have a picture of the sofa before our arrival and so could not confirm whether it had been us that had caused the stain. Despite this they withheld our deposit for 10 days and charged us £56 for the clean.

    Good location, helpful staff.

    Location was lovely! The interior was gorgeous, also great water pressure! Good vibes and the support staff were really nice and helpful.

    Not all listed amenities available, the support staff tried their best but unfortunately did semi ruin the weekend with wet frizzy hair but more of a housekeeping team issue than the actual apartment / heim!

    Very disappointed customer

    The kitchen was ok if u were cooking but didn't have a microwave 2 warm food

    There is no staff 2 assist with anything, everything had 2 be done on phone. I had come from the airport n booked this accommodation on my way, I arrived at 11 n was standing outside the property till 3 pm wen I was given access. Service is pathetic. After me explaining my situation telephonically I received no assistance what so ever n I was ill with asthma.
