Agradável mas a precisar de melhorias
A localização do alojamento é top mesmo junto ao metro facilita imenso a circulação pelo Porto. O meio envolvente tbm têm alguma variedade para alimentação. A simpatia do Delfim é muito positiva e cativante.
Falta manutenção no alojamento, por exemplo o sofá no meu caso era para servir de cama tornou-se bastante desconfortável porque o mesmo não tem condições para tal visto faltar algumas peças, no wc o autoclismo precisa de manutenção, o chuveiro pouco funcional para quem viaja com crianças e por fim a limpeza é deficiente, várias zonas sujas…

It's a nice appartment
The attitude of the facilitators. The check in was late, they let me know 15min before that it's not ready in the agreed time due to an accident. That is understandable, the agent upon arrival was nice. The check out was scheduled at 12. They came to our door 5 minutes before, knocking on the door like maniacs. I opened and said we have more time, but the attitude of the lady was so rude and impolite. I closed the door, grabbed our things and left the appartment. They were standing outside, completely ignoring us. Like we didn't just leave you 150 eur. Not - Thank you, Sorry, We hope you had a nice stay - just pure Portuguese ignorance. I told the agent that I expected more flexibility (not kicking us from the appartment and being so so so rude, even tho we HAVEN'T STAYED ANY MIN LONGER THAN AGREED) since yeah, I came here on time for check in, waited additional hour, but he didn't even have the time to reply, cause the really nice lady took over the talks, of course, not a grain of understanding or niceness. Wouldn't recommend cause we weren't feeling welcomed or anything since the day 1.

Piacevole, l'appartamento pulito, buona posizione vicino alla fermata della metro.
La posizione buona La prima sera abbiamo perso le chiavi causa furto e l'host è stato abbastanza gentile a riportarci il duplicato, pagando 20 euro.
Il check out, gli addetti alle pulizie sono arrivati alle 8 di mattina anzichè alle 9 come avevamo detto all'host che ci aveva consegnato le chiavi, anche se sono stati carini ad aspettare.
