  La vue est un immense avantage pour cet appartement

  L appartement etait moyennement propre, la caution aussi n etait pas dans mes cordes y avais ni essuie tout pour la cuisine ni aces d équipement pour la cuisine y avais meme pas de liquide vaisselle pour faire la vaisselle,

  Stay was pleasant enough couple of little niggles but nothing that ruined our stay

  View was amazing close to shops and restaurants nice pool area with access down to beach

  In need of some tlc freshen up. Shower head wasn’t secure and ceiling was mouldy. Asked for early check in when booking got no reply had to wait about 4/5 hours for apartment when arrived with luggage

  Amazing location. I couldn't get enough of the views. My favorite part of the day... getting up, pulling back the curtains, and seeing that beauty. Close to the town center. The pool with a view right below the house and the steps leading into the sea were fantastic. The apartment was reasonably clean.

  The biggest problem we had was the fridge. We arrived on Monday evening and went grocery shopping. When we got back to the apartment, we discovered that the fridge was not working. We immediately reported the problem and started trying to resolve it. We finally got a replacement fridge on Wednesday afternoon, which meant that most of the groceries had to be thrown away because the food could not survive the heat. We had children with us, so it was important for us to have food in the refrigerator so that we could cook. As for the apartment overall, I’m going to repeat what other guests have already written to you. It is a shame that you apparently didn’t take their comments seriously and fix these things immediately, as you said you would, so that the same problems wouldn’t happen to other guests. The main bedroom, where there is no air conditioning, was impossible to sleep in. There was only a small standing fan, which didn’t work, so the heat was unbearable. There is no hairdryer. Spain, the sea, the pool… this is a place where people constantly have wet hair, so it would be appropriate to provide hairdryers in addition to the hair straightener. The walls are scuffed from the chairs, the curtains are torn, the table is unstable, and the awning is broken… We preferred not to even try to open it. The wardrobe in the main bedroom could not be opened because the door was faulty. There are no cabinets or storage spaces in the bathroom. There is simply nowhere to put your things. I would also improve the area around the apartment a little. When you walk down from the pool towards the sea, there is a lot of rubbish, broken glass and litter. It would be great if someone could walk down the stairs every day and clean it up a little. The apartment itself is otherwise very nice. If you sorted out all these little things, you would have accommodation that deserves a 10/10.

  Las vistas y La ubicación es excepcional. El acceso directo al mar desde al piscina es genial. Lo disfrutamos mucho. Y el parking muy bien

  El apartamento está un poco desgastado. Los toldos no sirven, cortinas rotas y oxido en el baño.

  Anuncio engañoso

  La ubicación es inmejorable, con vistas a Benidorm de película.

  Las fotos mostradas en la app, no corresponden a la realidad; Sofá sucio y no es el de la foto, mesa comedor incomoda por estar coja, cortinas de salón muy sucias, rajadas por varias partes, la pared con grietas y desconchones, la ducha con la alcachofa estaba rota( tuvieron que cambiarla), se sale el agua porque la cortina es insuficiente, no hay accesorios para almacenar toallas, ni estantes para los accesorios de aseo. El microondas no gira, el único ventilador de la casa no funciona, cortina de la habitación pequeña descolgada,(vinieron a arreglar), la ventana no se puede abrir, choca con la litera. La luz led del salón parpadea constantemente impidiendo la estancia. Garaje incómodo para estacionar con coche grande. La puerta de acceso a la piscina no abría, se accede desde el garaje planta -4 y mojado no puedes entrar por peligro de electrocutarse.
