    Precio relativamente bajo, pero con instalaciones muy básicas.

    La ubicación bien, cerca del obelisco y de calle corrientes. En una de las dos habitaciones había un aire acondicionado frío calor que funcionaba bien.

    Las instalaciones y de los implementos muy rústicos. El baño chico y con un piso irregular, de diferentes alturas, lo que lo hacía peligroso y muy incómodo. La vajilla con falta de higiene. En una de las habitaciones la calefacción era con una estufa eléctrica. No era posible tener wifi con continuidad y algo de potencia.
