Service was exceptional, the person at the front desk helped us much with baggage on the arrival, save us a ton of time

the setup was great, like the kitchenette and the mattress and sheets were really comfortable. Location was convenient to downtown, the old port and the Mt Royal Park. good restaurants in the neighborhood

the location of the parking was particularly sketchy, due to the large number of homeless people in the alley and on the street going to the parking spaces.

    Room, location, it was clean

No one to do the checm out. Rang the bell twice and no one came. No box to put the key card. Had to write a note which I put with my key card next to the keyboard. Very ordinary.

Not the nicest part of the city, dingy and outdated for the money.

The staff allowed us to store our luggage and helped us brings our bags upstairs. It was nice that the location was in between a couple cool parts of the city but the immediate surrounding blocks were not nice

Was not as advertised in photos. This hotel would’ve been fine if it was 20-30% less expensive. But as another reviewer put it, for the price I expected more. We booked a queen suite and it was a full size bed. My husband is tall so this is a large difference to us. There were ants in the bed and other bugs in the shower. The furniture was dingy and the appliances were outdated. I could’ve stayed in a chain hotel downtown or an airbnb for less and it would’ve been nicer, but we mistakenly thought supporting a boutique hotel would be a good idea. Also, the immediate surrounding area was the only part of Montreal we were in that felt slightly unsafe. We saw a car that had been broken into immediately in front in the morning. A woman kept us up screaming all night on the street. I live in a big city with crime problems so I’m no stranger to this but on vacation, for the same money, you can choose a nicer option. Also, to the owners, you should not call a room a “queen suite” without a queen bed.
