Fabulous resort, great location, wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely stay here again on our next trip,
Villa was spacious and big comfortable bed, and the outdoor pool was beautiful. Location fabulous, 3 minute walk to beach or shops. The staff were very professional and helpful. We had a bluebird taxi booked for 4.15am in the morning to airport and taxi went to their other resort, but the security guard was quick to call the cab driver and redirect him, which was great.
This is being a bit picky but hand towels and facecloths would have been a nice addition and towels are a bit tired. Also a broken tile in the spa area of the pool which is sharp and could potentially cut yourself. We didn’t swim in the main pool as it was looking a bit cloudy, not clear like our villa pool.

Perfect Stay in Sanur - Beautiful Oasis
Great location with easy walk to shops, cafes, and beach and associated activities. Set amongst some of the most beautiful gardens we have seen in our many trips to Bali. Staff were amazing- friendly, and always helpful.

・スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい ・ヴィラはプライベート空間が保たれ、プールでゆったり過ごすことができる 私には少し深かったが、持参したフロートで問題なかった^^ ・庭園はたくさんのお花に囲まれてとても可愛く、気持ちの良い空間で癒される
・固定型のシャワーヘッドで、いくつか水が出る方向が斜めになってしまっていて水浸しになってしまった

Beautiful setting, Amazing staff, traditional Balinese Design.
Aditt was so helpful, he was always so friendly and welcoming, happy to help us organise a birthday cake, laundry and taxi. Ratna was so lovely, helping us in the cafe. They made my birthday special with a suprise at breakfast and then again later in the day decorating the room. Bed was super comfy. And the bath was huge and a price of art, incredible design.
Maybe a slightly more comfortable chair to sit in outside. Lovely traditional Balinese furniture, could have used a cushion. But that's not a major problem.
