The room with the lake view is good. The location is good.
The staff are not very competent when ask about short cuts of bus directions to Lao Cai. Their command of English is limited. They stiff reuse a-one-off fabric slippers which is not hygienic.

Worth the money.
Cleanliness . The hotel is very clean and luxurious. The staff are polite, attentive, and respectful. I carefully noticed the details in the room—they are thoughtfully designed and refined. The European-style furniture looks elegant. The bedding smells fresh, and the thick mattress is very comfortable.
