Good location to hotel, but not soundproof rooms.
The location of the hotel was excellent, next to Galeries Lafayette and in the middle of Paris. It was within walking distance or a short Bolt drive. The staff were nice, supportive, and attentive. The corridors were clean, with plenty of elevators. Breakfast was good and filling. The executive lounge was tidy and comfortable. The hotel was near many Halal restaurants, and the roads in front were clean and well-lit at night, making for a pleasant evening walk.
The walls are not soundproof, especially when neighbors do not adhere to European quiet hours after 10 pm. I had a bad experience with this issue. The staff were helpful, but the neighbors in room 203 were noisy and kept their TV volume up all night. Even the hotel security came knocking on their door, but they didn't respond. I wish the hotel administration had taken stricter action.

Had a fantastic stay. The staff went above and beyond with any needs we had. Rooms are lovely and clean and the hotel is in an excellent location with plenty to see and do nearby. The metro is right outside too making it easy to reach other areas of the city.
