We were, nonetheless very pleased with our experience.
Roomy, very clean, well maintained and well equipped apartment. Nice green space behind the building provided quiet, private space.
Across the hall was a dog permitted to run free on several occasions, barking loudly as we approached to exit or enter our place. Narrow hallway and no elevator.

It was good value for the money and spacious.
It was clean and fully stocked with everything needed.
The apartment was on the North side of the building so it was pretty dark inside. Needed to turn on the lights during the day.
