My stay at this property was pleasant, no problems accured.
The property was clean and cosy, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The owner was a kind person, easy to communicate with.

It is indeed located in a park and has all the needed facilities. Reasonable pricing and willingness to accommodate guests to their best.
It does not have mosquito nets and it is placed in a steel and glass office building. There were mosquitoes and night flies inside - I got seriously sick.

accesul se face printr-o cladire de tip clinica, cu alarma, dar poate problematic cu accesul oricarui persoana in clinica efectiva. curatenie, care a lipstit complet. am transmis acest lucru gazdei si am rugat sa fie facuta curatenie, insa a refuzat. in acest sens am atasat imagini. mizerie peste tot, patul parea sa fie neschimbat, fire de par (in baie, in pat), baie muradara, etc. am rezervat pentru 5 nopti insa am parasit locatia in prima seara din cauza acestui aspect. rezervarea a fost in interes de lucru, am mentionat nevoia unei facturi fiscale de la inceput insa ni s-a transmis de abia dupa mai multe zile in care am cerut factura.
