  An extremely disappointing stay due to excessive noise, poor cleanliness and maintenance issues

  My stay was extremely disappointing due to several issues with the room and the overall conditions. My room was next to another guest who was extremely noisy, playing loud music and having phone calls on speakerphone early in the morning (around 6:30–7:00 am), often shouting. The walls were so thin that I could hear almost everything happening next door, and even normal everyday noises became a disturbance, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, my room was not cleaned for an entire week, and the towels were only changed after I complained. The bathroom was also in poor condition: water constantly accumulated in the shower, causing a terrible smell, and the toilet was faulty, so I had to keep checking that it wasn't leaking. Overall, the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave one night before my scheduled check-out, as it had become impossible to get a proper night's sleep. Given the poor hygiene, maintenance issues and lack of soundproofing, I don't believe the accommodation met reasonable standards. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, particularly as I felt I had no choice but to leave early.

  Great location, staff take care of everything, clean, dark and quite at night for an amazing rest

  Location is great, walking distance you will find all, restaurants, yoga, workout, coffe shops, walmart, all! 10 minutes to office and to commute to see clients, quiet and dark at night, we would love to enojoy the jacuzzi and sauna, but not enough time, I will be back! Staff is the best helpful and they care about all small details.

  I didn't like loud neighbors, but is the way it is... Far from that, we need to stay longer to enjoy the facilities. No complains.

  Loacation !!!!

  Location was great!! Close to lots of eating spots, coffee shops, and small markets. Location was very easy to be pick up from and drop off.

  I was really disappointed that I asked from the beginning of my booking for an early check in and a late check out due to our flights. However both were denied.
