  beautiful location. comfy bed. food shops around.

  for 4 star hotel wasnot meet my expectations.. chairs in saloon for breakfast so dirty specialy the white chairs... very old furniture even in room.. needed more care about cleaning, the carpets. frame of windoes, frame of bath windoes.. carpet in hallway in 5th flat need carpet wash some parts. nobody even checked my room befor i arrived so the sockets was not work as fused of room was off, its better check rooms befor guests arrive.. this hotel have potential to be 5 star by little bit care about cleaning and put professional staff will be 5 star i promiss. i give 3 star

  Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel last night. I booked a room at your hotel for myself and my girlfriend. I had to leave the hotel for some work, so my girlfriend stayed alone in the room overnight. At approximately 8:05 AM this morning, an unidentified person entered our room. When my girlfriend woke up and noticed the person, they immediately left the room. This incident has caused us serious concern about our privacy, personal safety, and the security of your hotel. I would appreciate a prompt explanation of the following: 1. Who entered our room at approximately 8:05 AM? 2. Why did this person enter the room while my girlfriend was inside? 3. Was this person a member of your hotel staff, and did they have authorization to enter? 4. Can you please check the relevant CCTV footage and access records to establish what happened? Please investigate this incident urgently and provide me with a written explanation. I also request that any relevant CCTV footage and electronic access records be preserved. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, as every guest has the right to privacy and security during their stay. I look forward to your prompt response.   I unfortunately had a broken lower leg i appreciated the way access in the hotel. It was disappointing when there was no porter available when I was leaving The staff didn't take into account my very limited mobility at all...
