    Breakfast was lovely and a nice room.

    There was no signal for the TV in the room. The place is being renovated with some building work going on and this may have knocked out the tv in several rooms. The manager did refund some of the room cost and did what they could to fix the problem

    But very welcoming and enjoying, nothing was too much bother

    Fabulous location

    New refurbished room, great breakfast but the eggs were on the cold side. Stayed in room 24 and there was a bit of a smell from The carpet by the far window
