Хорошее место, чтобы провести несколько дней
Отель реально понравился, чувствуется грамотный подход к организации отдыха гостей: начиная с удобной стоянки и гольфкаров и заканчивая ненавязчивой анимацией для детей и взрослых. Питание - очень хорошо (свежее, вкусное, разнообразное). К концепции "all inclusive" добавил бы бесплатные напитки на территории и пополняемый мини-бар стоит включить в стоимость номера, хотя бы - безалкогольный, иначе - неполноценный AI получается какой-то. Здорово, что прокат велосипедов, бадминтона, пинг-понга включен в концепцию. Бассейн по будням - без ограничений, в выходные, говорят, что нужно записываться. В целом, посещение отеля оставило очень приятные впечатления, интересно было бы для сравнения приехать зимой.

В целом неплохо, большая ухоженная территория, вежливый персонал, чистые и просторные номера (мы были в многоэтажном корпусе) из недостатков-очереди при заселении (заезжали в пятницу, ожидание около 30-40 минут) Питание среднее-похоже на столовую в школе или институте. За выходные несколько раз ломался лифт, что не очень комфортно с маленькими детьми и размещением на 5 этаже.

Хорошие выходные но немного омраченные
+Большая парковка и территория +Хорошее и разнообразное питание +Радушный и предупредительный персонал самого отеля. +Веселая анимация +Масса развлечений на территории -В номере было прохладно. -Кофе растворимый в автоматах -Неудобная ванна с душем вместо душевой кабины -В последний день утром нас не выпустили на машине за территорию, пока мы не оплатим 1200 рублей (за бар и прокат). На наши слова о том что мы еще не сдали номер и у нас выезд после обеда не возымели действия и охранник закрыл ворота и сказал что никуда нас не выпустит (127 УК РФ). Пришлось возвращаться на ресепшн и оплачивать. Это просто унизительно, такое отношение к постояльцам. Я много путешествую но с таким встретился впервые. Надеюсь руководство обратит на это внимание и исправит ситуацию.
