    15:00過ぎに到着したものの「部屋の準備ができてなく、いつ準備できるかもわからない」と言われ、案内されたのは16:30でした。 こちらから申し出て、12:00にチェックアウトのところ13:00にしてもらいました。 ただ、翌日の12:00前に「チェックアウトは15:00で良い」との電話が部屋にありました。 13:00に出発する準備をしていたので、それならもっと早く伝えて欲しかったです。 プールは塩素の匂いが強すぎでした。 お部屋や朝食は素晴らしかったです。

    ムルデカ118の上層階ということもあり客室からの眺望は期待を遥かに超える素晴らしさで、クアラルンプールの街並みを一望できます。周辺は現在も建設が進んでいる箇所がありますが、現時点でも十分に満足できる景色でした。 また、立地の良さも魅力です。セントラルマーケットやチャイナタウンといった主要観光スポットへも徒歩で行けるため、街歩きにも非常に便利です。再開発が進めば、さらに魅力的なエリアになるだろうと感じました。

    As a new hotel that is not yet at capacity, the hospitality was a delight and something that I hope continues when hotel reaches full capacity. There is something unique about being in your own little bubble above everything else that allows you to disconnect.
