    Pillows are not comfortable. Need a sleep function for tv. Also MUST have free in house movies or Netflix as travellers would expect this. If it has been deleted as a cost cutting measure, then the manager/s who endorsed this have forgotten the most important tenant of customer service IS customer service. Your restaurant for lunch and dinner is ok but NOT to the park Hyatt standard expected by your customers. Your main restaurant must be utilised. You’re letting your customers down and not permitting your staff to perform at their best in the best environment Thank you. Anthony

    Beautiful hotel, excellent location and spacious well-appointment rooms.

    Check in was a bit slow, but the hotel is so lovely and clean. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We had complimentary buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Can totally recommend this hotel for couples or families. Loved it!

    Check in was a bit slow, only one person was on the desk and had an issue to deal with with another customer. It wasn't really an issue, just a long wait.
