    It was a great stay and would defiantly recommend the hotel for family and friends

    Staff was amazing and very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is fancy and nice as compared to hotels in europe

    Perfect

    I would like to sincerely appreciate your front desk team, your doorman, and your porter. They were all exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm welcome and support truly made a difference. Please pass my thanks to them.

    I would like to share a concern regarding housekeeping. While not all of them, some of the housekeepers were not friendly or professional. There was no smile, no greeting - they don't say good morning or good evening, and they don't even reply when you greet them. They seemed impatient and not smooth in their interaction.

    I drunk the water from the minibar on day 1. Never received another during the next 4 days. Nobody ever took a look at it.
