    Staff attitude

    Modern hotel good location

    Disappointing staff attitude and service The attitude of the staff, particularly at reception, is far below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber and price range. The way guests are spoken to is simply not appropriate, and the staff clearly need better training in hospitality and customer service. I was particularly shocked when my colleagues and I were asked to leave our table during breakfast so that the staff could clean it. This is not how guests should be treated in a hotel that charges €260 per night. At this price point, I expect professionalism, courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the service fell well short of those expectations and left me feeling that guests were treated as an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

    Endroit propre, personnel réception accueil, proximité du centre ville et de la gare

    Chambre très spacieuse, avec fenêtre vue vers l'extérieur. Peignoirs, pantoufles, eau, gel douche, shampoing, planche à repasser, tout était à disposition sur place

    Le divan déplié en lit n'est pas super confortable comparé au lit kingsize Le déjeuner fort bruyant et je m'attendais à un peu plus d'originalité
