  ديروا بالكم!! تحذير شديد اللهجة: لا أحد يفكر يحجز هالمكان لو ببلاش! أقسم بالله هذه أسوأ وأقذر شقة سكنت فيها بحياتي كلها بلندن! الشقة وصخة بشكل مو طبيعي، الريحة خايسة وتقمت النفس، والحشرات تارسة المكان بالداخل! فوق كل هذا، الأمان صفر !! الشقة ما فيها قفل! نمنا ليلة كاملة وباب الشقة بدون قفل ونحاتي على أرواحنا وأغراضنا، واضطرينا احنا نترجاهم ونحّن عليهم عشان يشترون قفل جديد ويركبونه! التعامل زفت وفي قمة القذارة والوقاحة، رفضوا يردون فلوسنا (Refund) بعد كل هالمهزلة! التقاييم الخمس نجوم كلها جذب وبايعين ضميرهم وشارينها بفلوس، لأن الواقع قذارة ونصَب. وفروا فلوسكم وصحتكم وانحاشوا عن هذا المكان.. قسم بالله تجربة تضيق الخلق وما تصلح حتى للحيوانات مو بس البشر !!!

  This is single-handedly the most DISGUSTING, FILTHY, and INFESTED apartment I have ever seen in my entire life. The smell inside is utterly nauseating, and the apartment is crawling with bugs! It is a massive health hazard and completely uninhabitable.

  DO NOT STAY HERE – A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Our experience at Park Lane Apartments was absolutely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a comfortable family stay in London turned into a stressful and deeply unpleasant experience. The apartments were extremely worn, poorly maintained and nowhere near the standard we expected for the price paid. To make matters worse, we were offered an “upgrade” that turned out to be in an even worse condition than the original apartment. We were subsequently moved back to our original booking, which was better, but still far from acceptable. The worst part was discovering rats in the kitchen after spending three days across two apartments. This is completely unacceptable under any circumstances, particularly when travelling with family. A clean and safe place to stay is the absolute minimum expectation when booking accommodation. What made the situation even worse was the poor handling of the rat problem. The service and response were deeply disappointing, and we did not feel that the seriousness of the situation was treated with the urgency it deserved. Instead of enjoying our trip, we were left dealing with an appalling accommodation situation and the stress of having to find somewhere else to stay. We booked and paid for accommodation expecting a reasonable standard, basic cleanliness and professional service. We received none of these to an acceptable level. The combination of the extremely worn apartments, the disastrous so-called upgrade, rats in the kitchen and the inadequate customer service makes this place impossible to recommend. DO NOT GO THERE. Save yourself the money, stress and disappointment and book somewhere else. We would never stay here again.
