Good location but the service was not great

The location was perfect for my needs. The property had everything I needed such as washing machine, coffee maker, TV, iron. It even had air purifier, which was great. Quiet neighborhood, close to bus and metro stations.

I requested an invoice, and a month later, I am still waiting for it. I booked the property for a business trip and the lack of invoice is causing me troubles. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was not working, we were told that someone will come and change it, which never happened. We had difficulties entering the property since the automatic device at the front door got broken on the third day, so we had to wait for someone to bring us a key. Even though, this was managed in the end, the situation was very unpleasant.
