    It’s overall good, it’s time to renovate.

    The hotel needs a renovation. I have stayed there three times over the years. The rooms are getting old. Everything else is very good.

    Location is great, walkable to Wangfujing. Staff is great! Very patient, friendly, kind, and helpful! They do go out of their ways to help guests!

    Great hotel in a nice location, with a weird aircon policy

    Great location, luxurious rooms with lots of amenities, and a great common area including free 24 hour laundry services and a full bar. The bathroom was well equipped and a great size, and the bed was super comfy (we got a king bed). The room came with a sofa, desk, and mini fridge giving us lots of space.

    We traveled in October. We were told that the hotel had decided to turn off their air conditioning system "to prepare for winter" which is crazy to me. I slept far worse without air conditioning, and the outside temperature was ~28 degrees so it was quite uncomfortable.

    Leider war es überbucht, und wir wurden in einem anderen Hotel eingecheckt.

    Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht und anfangs wollte das Hotel uns aber ein Einbett zimmer geben. Erst nach dem wir darauf bestanden wurde uns es zugesichert.
