    Enttäuschend

    Qualitativ gute Frühstücksprodukte. Relativ zentrale Lage.

    Unser Zimmer war heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, Verdunkelung nur bedingt möglich (defekt), Schwarzer Schimmel im Badezimmer. Kompetenzfreies Rezeptionsteam zuckte bei der diesbezüglichen Beschwerde mit den Achseln. Der Frühstücks-Cappo hat seinen Job nicht begriffen und ist frech. Auf die Anmerkung, dass trotz mehrfacher Bitte um Auffüllung, das Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 9.45 Uhr (Frühstück bis 10.30 Uhr) komplett geplündert ist (kein Rührei, keine Milch etc.) sagte dieser Herr, dass um diese Zeit kein Mensch mehr kommt und man könne sich ja etwas bestellen und die Milch aus dem Kaffeeautomaten abfüllen. Am Tag vorher fordert er uns um Punkt 10.30 Uhr auf, den sehr geräumigen Frühstücksraum zu verlassen, obwohl noch keine einzige andere Abräumarbeit (z.B. am Büffet) vollzogen wurde...usw.,usw.! Ärgerlich, unprofessionell und unnötig!
