    Great value

    Got an upgrade to an executive room. Great view, . Huge bed. Very comfortable. Great location near station and shops.

    Only one of the three lifts was working making it slow to get to the high floors. Toiletries were high on the wall, suitable for the shower but awkward when using the bath as you had to keep standing up

    accommodation needs freshening up, breakfast and bar areas dated and lacking atmosphere

    breakfast poor lifts - one out of order meant waiting to get up and down in morning rush hour difficult
