breakfast is good but haven’t provide any sponge. But Food quality is good

Value for money? Probably not. Pay a bit more and get a more modern and better maintained room.
It was cheap. Location was a bit further away from Angamaly town and therefore closer to the Athirepally falls and other attractions. Staff was nice. Rooms were fairly clean.
Property was aging and looked abandoned. Barely any guests it looked like. Some things were missing like hand-wash in the bathrooms. Breakfast was very basic (uppam and one curry).
