    Ottima soluzione appena fuori Ponte di Legno per chi vuole tranquillità e un comodo parcheggio

    La posizione

    A causa della mancanza di copertura del segnale bisogna dipendere esclusivamente dal wifi della struttura che a volte per via del maltempo, non ha funzionato.

    Tranquillità e pace

    Situato nella tranquilla frazione di Santa Apollonia, la struttura è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità a due passi dall’area pic nic Valle delle Messi e pochi minuti di guida da Ponte di Legno e Passo del Tonale.

    La struttura ha bisogno di qualche manutenzione , in particolare in bagno che credo non sia stato rinnovato dagli anni 80.

    L'appartamento è ubicato in un condominio tranquillo, in un'area molto tranquilla, ma a 5 minuti d'auto dal centro di Ponte di Legno (di fronte casa c'è anche la fermata della navetta). La casa è confortevole, fresca e dotata di deumidificatore. Il proprietario è disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie.

    La casa è ben arredata, forse la cucina un po' troppo minimal per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli (anche se è stato molto utile il forno microonde). Il fornello e il lavandino hanno dimensioni molto ridotte, ma tutto rientra nel rapporto qualità prezzo che è corretto.
