Very disappointing
Good location, near to fantasy island and the beach.
No towels provided Only one toilet roll for two ppl (for 4 days stay) No basics - tea coffee sugar, Salt and pepper pot which were both empty Dirty wine glasses in the cupboard Only 1 single glass (dirty again) One tea towel Tiniest amount of washing up liquid No dish cloth provided Mob bucket as soon as we walked in with dirty packet of tablets behind it! Beds super hard and uncomfortable. The shower kept turning off (losing pressure) No lock on bathroom door! Receptionist was very unprofessional and had no rush whatsoever. Said to be there for the check in at 3:45 and wasn’t there -I had to ring her and then wait outside in the rain. Booked for 4 nights ,only stayed for 2 nights - couldn’t wait to leave. Stayed here twice before and was rather okay, this time it was absolutely shocking (new staff I believe) Would never return and would not recommend. Only plus side is the location is nice and near to everything.
