    Flexibility and communication with the owner. Good location next to the park and walking distance to the city center. Fast, free Wi-Fi We were allowed to take pets for a fee Free parking in the courtyard

    The common areas in the apartment building were dirty and smelled bad. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning, and the kitchen utensils should be put away in the cupboards, as a layer of grease has built up on them over time. There was mold on the curtains around the shower/tub
