    Value for money but needs some TLC

    Location, secure parking, quiet, comfortable when heating on, good booster facility for heating when required

    Disturbing noise on occasions within the apartment. On investigation seemed to be coming from a waste pipe situated in the end kitchen cupboard next to the front bedroom wall. Possibly waste water from apartment above. Microwave and toaster needed a clean....didn't use oven, dish washer or washing machine. Dirty marks on carpets.
