    Pleasant stay, room for improvement

    The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is close to the city centre, yet in a quiet and peaceful location—perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a generous selection and plenty of variety. The lobby has a lovely bar, and sitting there and enjoying a drink was a real pleasure. Although reception and the lobby close at 10 p.m., two vending machines—one for coffee and another for water, juices, and other drinks—are available 24/7, which is convenient.

    Although the hotel was generally clean and pleasant, there was a lot of dust under the bed, as if it hadn’t been cleaned there for months. The room had no complimentary drinking water, and no slippers or other basic hotel amenities were provided, which would have been useful during a business trip. The parking information was also misleading. It was advertised as free, but upon arrival, reception informed us that it cost €8 per night. This should be stated clearly before booking, as parking costs can influence hotel choice. Considering the price, I expected better cleanliness and room amenities, so I didn’t feel the hotel offered good value for money
