Stay away from "comfort room" option

    friendly staff, breakfast

hotel provided "comfort room" in alley between reception and restaurant, next to toilet, baggage storage. Main door of my hotel room had big gap at the bottom, therefore experience in room was like in being accommodated in lobby directly ! Night was a nightmare. Don't expect quiet hours after 10pm. Unfortunately whole night was loud, music from reception, noise from kitchenware and guests from bar. I slept no more than an hour. Discouraging anyone who is on business trip selecting this room option. Hotel also refused to provide invoice for full price I prepaid claiming booking is responsible. I left hotel very disappointed and never return again to "comfort room". However personnel was very friendly, this is a fault of management !
