Ideal stay for 5 guests near city center

As a family of 2 parents and 3 teenage children, we loved the fact of having 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and another one with 3 individual beds, overlooking the park) and one common area with a fully equipped kitchen. We liked the hard mattresses. The house is located just 4 minutes walk from the city main square, right at the end of a nice, quiet park. Free parking in the courtyard is a plus. The cafe in the house also serves as the reception and is practical for a quick coffee or snack (though we preferred another cafe on the town main square).

Just small issues: The view from most windows goes to the parking lot, not too attractive. Walls are slightly hear-through. There were only 4 chairs around the dining table. The blankets were standard 200cm long, but the sheets containing the blankets only 180cm, making them too short (solution: open the buttons at the bottom of the sheets).
