    The worst stay i've ever had

    It is close to bukit bintang street and the lobby is big.

    I don't know where to start, in such 5-star hotel we look for comfort the thing that i didn't get because the room was next to 2 offices and another utility room and the whole night i woke up because of doors closing and opening and people talking at 2am and 3 am. The shower becomes a swimming pool in like 10 seconds which makes the shower the most difficult thing to do. The room is very small i couldn't find a place to open my bag easily. The iron was so dirty and the iron table as well. They mentioned that the restaurant stays open the one downstairs, i went to have lunch they were preparing and it wasn't open and they told me it will take so much time to prepare the order so unprofessional. The swimming pool is nice with no view at all. You can easily find better and cheaper somewhere else. The lighting in the bathroom was so bad i couldn't even shave my beard.
