    Worst experiance!! Do not book any place listing by this person!! He is a fraud!!

    DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF HIS LISTINGS Stayed at one of his other lMercu Summer Suites Klcc By Tasu On 29th august. The place was horrid!! Not build for humans to live. Infested with insects, sheets and towls were dirty machine was not working. Stayed there with my children. When asked him to fix the machine and clean, he refused and was fighting . Litrally did not sleep the night worried ahout safety. So booked this place and explained the stituation, turns out this was the same person. (I DID NOT KNOW THAT) right after explained he started calling and texting nonstop. When asked to give a refund he refused ( asked within 15 minutes of booking) had to move out of the summer suits with my kids as soon as the sun came out. The person was so aggresive. I had the lMercu Summer Suites Klcc By Tasu booked till 4th. August. We moved out on 30 august ( did not checkout) i was going to comw back as soon as my husband came to malaysia.(all this happend on the night of 29th august) and before we could go back he cancelled our booking. We did not break any rule. All I did was for him to provide the survices mentioned on the listing.
