    Квартира неплохая, довольно светлая и чистая, но нуждается в ремонте. Плита, чайник, некоторые шкафы лампы и розетки требуют замены или реставрации. Поэтому она вам подойдет, если вы не планируете готовить дома.

    1. Несмотря на то, что квартира находится в центре города, есть сложности с доступностью. С одной стороны проспект Руставелли перекопан, с другой - здание Парламента, которое перекрыто от проезда полицией. Так что смело прибавляйте минут 10 на то, чтобы выбраться из этой локации, как пешком так и на такси. 2. Кроме этого из-за ремонта нам обещали отключать то воду, то свет. Отмечу, что мы ни разу не застали отключение, но я бы не хотела в отпуске заниматься тем, что наполняю кастрюли водой. В целом, я оцениваю проживание как "достаточно хорошо" потому что, А) о ремонте и блокировании улиц нужно предупреждать в объявлении, Б) зная все это, я считаю, что стоимость проживания завышена.

    Удобное расположение, вид из окна, хорошая посуда, наличие ванны. Просторная квартира. Отзывчивые хозяева.

    Уставшая квартира, есть уже дефекты мебели от эксплуатации. Кондиционер старый и слабо работает. На улице было +35, в квартире ниже +26 не опускалось. Стиральная машинка очень долго стирает.
