  En general todo, en particular el apartamento, limpio, recogido, tiene de todo, incluso nos pusieron una botella de cava. El propietario muy pendiente de nosotros y las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, el personal muy muy amable y competente, ha sido un acierto, la cama de matrimonio un 2x2 de extraordinaria calidad y el colchón como nunca he visto.

  Quizá la distancia, estaba algo alejado de Estepona, y la carretera quizá un poco estrecha, pero lo salva el sitio . Hay que tener cuidado porque nos encontramos con un jabalí, y me comentaron que hay muchos por la zona.

  Go with another host - this one will rip you off

  It’s quite

  Do not book this property. The entire setup is a calculated scheme to harass guests and steal security deposits. From the second we booked, the host was incredibly aggressive and insistent on a deposit. We paid a premium price of €2,517.72 for 2 weeks, only to be hit with a fraudulent, threatening formal notice demanding over €2,000 in faked damages within a ridiculous 24-hour deadline. The apartment was littered with pre-existing structural issues. The host who is from Israel, is trying to pin old maintenance failures on us - including a broken sun awning that was already broken upon arrival, a broken floor lamp that had thick layers of old dust caked inside its snapped joints and what looks like glue around the rim, and an en-suite door that literally cannot close because it is completely broken by the frame. The claim that a cleaner required "11 hours" to clean after us is a total fabrication to justify theft, especially considering we already paid a mandatory cleaning fee as part of our booking. The listing completely misrepresents what this place actually is. It is marketed as a luxury resort, but it is nothing more than an apartment complex undergoing active renovation. * The "Spa": Non-existent. The advertised spa is just a single hot tub. * The Saunas: There are two saunas on-site, but both are completely broken and out of order. * The Bar: the bar is independent from the “ resort” it’s nice and the staff are great. Broken Facilities & The "Glass" Cleaning Trap * The Glass Trap: The entire house is full of glass furniture and surfaces. However, the host gives you absolutely nothing to clean glass with. They expect you to keep glass surfaces pristine while refusing to supply basic tools. * Lack of Basics: For a 2-week stay, we were initially given just 2 small bin bags and one single cloth. It took the hosts 4 whole days just to hand over a meager half-bottle of cleaning product.

  Logement confortable, séjour agréable merci à notre hôte

  Établissement propre sécurisé très calme très belle piscine avec salle de sport terrain de basket et tennis et jacouzi propriétaire très disponible serviable et à l'écoute caution rendu au bout de 48h sans problèmes

  Pour séjourner dans cet établissement il faut avoir une voiture inconvénient une seule clé pour la piscine

  Super schoon appartmenent met heel goede bedden. Heel goede airco ook. Fijne parkeergarage met eigen plek. Maar vooral een super vriendelijke host! Zo hadden we bijvoorbeeld een balkonstoel die beetje gescheurd was. Binnen een half uur stond er een nieuwe!
