    Facilities and location great but better suited to older couples rather than families.

    Location was great, facilities modern, pool and area immaculate.

    We went with teenage kids and with all the beds in the upper floor it was fine for a last minute get away but doesn’t give much privacy. As it is a residential area, the pool rules are strict. You also have to pay for sunloungers and umbrellas.

    Si sois dos y sois extranjeros,es perfecto, si eres español yo diría que no.

    Las vistas al Teide y la ubicación si eres un guiri, si eres español vete al norte,me lo agradecerás mucho que acabo de llegar del viaje

    Que la casa no tenga aire acondicionado,la nevera si es que se puede llamar nevera, mejor mini bar.Con suerte si sois dos personas y no coméis nunca en casa solo para agua pues si.

    point negatif pour la piscine PAYANTE

    L appartement etait bien . manque une table plus grande car trop petite pour 4 personnes? point negatif la piscine qui est payante ... oui ,il faut payer pour sassoir sur un transat .a 4 personnes cela fait trop cher . JE NE REVIENDRAI PAS A CAUSE DE CELA . experience negative a cause du reglement de la piscine trop restictif surtout avec des ados . pas de ballon ;interdit de plonger dans la piscine . interdit de si de ca . bref trop d interdit ,tue le plaisir ..

    le gros point NEGATIF est la piscine ou tous les jours il faut payer pour s assoir sur un transat .le gardien vous saute dessus pour vous faire payer meme en fin de journée a 18H30 alors que la piscine ferme a 19h. il ny a aucun emplacement autour de la piscine pour poser une serviette au sol . c'est vraiment abusé a la limite de l"arnaque . si vous etes 4 personnes , ca fait tres tres cher . Rien que pour ca je ne reviendrai pas a Parque santiago 1;la pression du gardien est inssupportable ,je nai pas aimé cela.
