  Location great, heating not good, bathroom, needs a mirror.

  Location was great.

  The property was advertised as having airconditioning. Both of the bedrooms did not have airconditioning. There was one airconditioner in the living area, which was seprated from the bedroom by a long hallway.When I stayed nights were 5 degress, cold. I called the host, they asked me to buy the heaters!!!. I did not have time. I have requested a $250 discount to the fees charged. The non ensuit bathroom did not have a mirror, coud not shave. Also the toilet paper provided was 1ply.

  Parramatta 5 nights.

  Great location bus stop out the front of the balcony. The fridge door opens when you don't make sure it's closed. 2nd bathroom basin leaks. The lounge is stained very badly and is not comfortable / supportive. floor boards not layed properly are gaps all over in the floor. The shower in the main bedroom is very low for a dwarf or sitting on a chair. Not good if you are not a dwarf or you don't have a chair. pillow stained. Bath was excellent! other than the complaints all over fair.

  Property was in a disappointing condition and co-hosts did not resolve issues in a timely manner.

  Good location and good property size. 15 minutes walk to the train station and shopping centre and there was a bus stop outside the property.

  Where to start........The listing photos look great and we would have loved to have stayed there! This property was not cheap and for the 'premium' price, delivered 'basic'. The Guest Guidebook provided contained errors or omissions and did not enable us to safely access the property out of hours. Only one set of keys were provided and despite numerous requests, a second set of keys never materialised. The co-hosts (located in China) had an apparent lack of familiarity with the property and their response to a previous Booking.com reviewer, relating to improvements, is untrue. Many fixtures and fittings were in a sub-optimal condition and the property has suffered from a general lack of maintenance. The laminate flooring had large gaps, the balcony furniture shown in the listing was broken and stowed in a cupboard, the TV did not have an aerial connected, the air conditioning unit leaked onto the couch located below whenever it was turned on, the wash hand basin and shower cubicle in the second bathroom leaked onto the floor making it slippery, a pedestal fan provided was broken and did not work, the standard lamp in the lounge didn't work, one of the two bedroom bedside lamps did not work, both clothes airers were broken and could not stand up on their own, and many of the kitchen utensils were unhygienic and need replacement. The general cleanliness standard was poor and there was a significant cockroach infestation. In response to raising the cockroach issue, the first co-host I communicated with said that there was no evidence of infestation and the second that it had been treated for cockroaches the week before we stayed. I believed neither. There was a hand-delivered letter from the property Owners Corporation advising 'that an unauthorised business is being operated from this unit' and the property did not appear to comply with the relevant Fire Safety Standards of the NSW Government for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
