    Location was good , apartment was clean

    Alot smaller than we thought , the sofa bed was broken and had to sleep on the floor

    An excellent stay but I think we will stick with properties with reception services next time

    The location was great, the property was in excellent condition

    Access to the property is quite daunting particularly for us not too savvy older folks. Detailed information and diagrams of the layout of the foyer, the key pick up system and car park access could be provided well ahead of arrival. If you are going to replace reception you need to assume your client knows nothing.

    The railway track spoiled the view and was noisy while sitting at the balcony
