In generale il rapporto qualità/prezzo è accettabile; se sei una persona adattabile lo consiglio.
La posizione strategica vicino alla stazione dei treni e della metropolitana. Il servizio di cambio asciugamani e riassetto della camera a cadenza giornaliera e la cortesia delle operatrici.
La zona è degradata e pericolosa soprattutto in ore serali (spaccio e borseggi). Dagli scarichi del bagno fuoriusciva un insopportabile odore di fognatura. Il rumore del traffico è notevole anche nelle ore serali; per fortuna il clima ha permesso di tenere le finestre sempre chiuse.

Perfect place for a few days, Good location, Reasonable Host
Everything went smooth. I liked the apartment, the room. Everything you would need for a few days in Naples
Just one little downside in one of the rooms, shower were not working properly. Other than that, no problems at all.

It is a pleasant, reasonably priced, Guesthouse in downtown Naples, close to the train and buses.
We were traveling with friends and staying one night. This guesthouse was close to the transportation hub. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. It was a secure facility with a steel curtain on the balcony. The host uses electronic entry codes.
The neighborhood was a bit rough/tired looking. There was no soap that we could find, thankfully we brought our own.

Dov'è finita l' ospitalità partenopea?
Solo sostituzione asciugamani giornalieri e pulizia wc e lavandino.
Al mio arrivo riscontrato mancanza di carta igienica, avvisato l' host il quale molto carinamente ha risposto che la procurava, invece mai procurata. Il gono dopo mi accorgo che il phon non era funzionante, avvisato ma mai sostituito. La pulizia del pavimento mai effettuata, con presenza in bagno di capelli degli ospiti precedenti.
