Basic accommodation, but nicely done.
We liked the location, and the excellent art on the walls! It was very quiet at night. Decent shower head, which is always important.
The kitchen needs a little work: the burners on the hotplate/stovetop weren't working properly. The bedroom section didn't receive the A/C as well as it could have (we were there when it was very hot outside!) The bed was too hard for me, but others may find it perfect. Steep stairs!

Great value for Rose Parade
Quiet , clean , free parking , easy walking distance to old town. Owners were easy to communicate with . Well stocked with towels and coffee 😊

Perfect crash pad while I visited friends for the day
Living room/TV room area, bathroom, kitchen, strong Wi-fi. Close proximity to Ralph's and a couple of restaurants.
Not the softest bed mattress I've experienced, but I slept just fine for both nights. Initially confused as to where the apartment was (if the listing included a photo of the dentist office house, it would've been easier.) No bars open after 10 p.m. that were within walking distance.
