    Nice apartment once you find it but it didn’t resemble pictures on booking. com site. Communication through booking. Com

    It was a nice clean updated property with all you need for a short stay

    This review is for booking.com information and for the owner to allow for corrections of advertisements, it is not intended for general release. There are no issues with the property or my stay but I felt that the information on booking.com site need updating. The address is incorrect on the booking. Com information so it took me 2 calls to the owner and at least 30 min to find it. The address isn’t 114 which is an outdated industrial building. I was directed to #70 as an info point where after about another 15 min I was let in to the apartment further down the building by someone the owner had contacted. I also got no responses from owner when using booking. Com app messaging and had to phone him directly for a response or use WhatsApp. The apartment is nice but communication with the owner and directions on booking.com aren’t accurate. I also hadn’t initially realised that the apartment hadn’t been prepared by card like my other bookings. I had to click read more to see that cash was expected. The owner had sent me a link to pay by card but your site advises against WhatsApp communication as a security risk, yet everywhere I have booked sends me WhatsApp links. I arranged with the owner to pay in cash in this instance.

    Great location opposite the train station and local bus stop

    Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable

    Bathroom clean and good facilities but sliding door and roof opening don’t provide good privacy.
