    Nice break in a well positioned resort.

    Great location and good facilities on site. Handy for local amenities, only a 10 min drive into Filey Handyman quick to be allocated to repairs in the property.

    Expensive. Not as clean and well kept as expected and the expectation to thoroughly clean before leaving but not providing the materials to do this. Showers small, at 5ft 10; sz12 female, I felt restricted in the master bedroom shower. My son in law who is 6ft 6 struggled in all the showers. Lots of flies even though there was an insect zapper machine in the kitchen Highchair provided but was dirty Travel cot provided. Very early check out at 930. For over £550 per night this is not a value for money accommodation

    It’s been lovely just a bit away from the facilities as my husband is in a wheelchair and we didn’t realise how far away

    It was beautiful ideal for a few family members together there us everything you need at this property

    It was beautiful and big so well equipped we really enjoyed it

    Very good

    How homely and spacious the house was.

    9:30 departure. It was too early when you have 2 family's and four small children. Even 10 o'clock would of made all the differences.
