    暖炉、景色、環境、建築が素晴らしいが、道路から建物へ登始めの階段のピッチが大柄な大人を基準としており老年幼年にとっては転落リスクがあり、昇降時に恐怖を感じる。家族連れにはリスクが残る。

    詐欺だと思います

    もともと、事前支払いとなっていなかったのに予約後電話があり、事前振り込みしないと宿泊できないと言われ不信感はあったが振込みをしました。ところが予約前日に「親が亡くなった」と連絡が入り、他の宿を用意すると約束したにも関わらずその後音信不通に。すでに伊豆へ向かっていたので宿泊先がなくなり路頭に迷いました。すでに名古屋から伊豆の宿の近くにいたので、せめて返金をしてもらいたいとダメ元で現地に行くと施設の中にオーナーと従業員を名乗る日本人女性がいました。オーナーという外国人はこちらの呼び鈴などにも応じず、結局警察を呼んでトラブルに。結局返金はしてもらったものの、最悪な旅になりました。もちろん他の宿の用意はしてもらえず、自分たちで急遽他の宿を探しました。利用予定の方、また検討中の方、十分気を付けてください。
