Das Appartement war eine Katastrophe! Wir sind unmittelbar nach dem Einchecken wieder ausgezogen! Die Bilder auf booking.com zeigen leider nicht die Realität! The apartment was a disaster! We checked out immediately after checking in! Unfortunately, the photos on booking.com do not reflect reality!
Das Appartement ist nicht annähernd so gross wie beschrieben. Es hat weder einen Innenpool, es existiert nur ein Aussenpool, der aber trotz 29 Grad Aussentemperatur geschlossen war. Dieses Highlight der Unterkunft (lt. Beschreibung), der „Rooftop“ Pool … liegt übrigens im Erdgeschoss. Die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Terrasse ist ein Witz und gerade einmal 0,3 qm gross … die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist furchtbar, alt und speckig. In winzigen, fensterlosen Bad gibt es keine Lüftung. Die Tiefgarage ist extrem schmal und hat keinen Aufzug zu den Zimmern. Wir haben den Vermieter unmittelbar nach dem Check In kontaktiert, konnten aber leider keine Einsicht feststellen … so haben wir leider 750,- € in den Sand gesetzt! Auch booking war bei der Angelegenheit nicht hilfreich. The apartment is nowhere near as large as described. There is no indoor pool—only an outdoor one—which was closed despite an outside temperature of 29°C. Furthermore, the "rooftop" pool—highlighted as a key feature in the listing—is actually located on the ground floor. The terrace mentioned in the description is a joke, measuring a mere 0.3 square meters. The apartment’s furnishings are dreadful, old, and grimy. The tiny, windowless bathroom lacks any ventilation. The underground garage is extremely narrow and has no elevator access to the rooms. We contacted the host immediately after check-in, but they showed no willingness to address the issues—so, unfortunately, we ended up throwing €750 down the drain! Booking.com was also of no help in this matter.
